1 The invention relates to medical technology, namely to syringes, in particular, used for subcutaneous infusion. A syringe is known which includes a cylindrical housing with a needle adapter and a piston with a rod lj. However, drug fluid remains in the syringe in the adapter (about 9% of the fluid is lost). There is a known hypodermic syringe containing a cylindrical sleeve with a hollow needle adapter, a conical inner wall and a piston rod, at the free end of which there is a protrusion for entering the adapter cavity, the shape and size of which are in the lowest position its end is in contact with the inner wall of the adapter Sh. Air bubbles may get into the medication in a known syringe. The purpose of the invention is to eliminate air bubbles from falling into the injectable fluid. This goal is achieved by the fact that a hypodermic syringe containing a cylindrical body with a hollow adapter dl. needles, which have a conical inner wall, and a piston rod, at the free end of which there is a protrusion for entering the adapter cavity, the shape and size of which is such that in the lowest position its end contacts the inner wall of the adapter, the protrusion is made in the shape of a truncated cone and the angle of its conicity is less than 0.2 the angle of conicity of the inner wall of the adapter. Fig. 1 shows a syringe, incision, in a position where the liquid is in the housing; Fig. 2 is the same when the piston is in the extreme position; in fig. 3 - piston; in fig. 4 - adapter with piston protrusion in it. The syringe includes a housing 1 with an adapter 2, a piston 3 with a rod 4 having a flange 5. The piston 3 has a protrusion 6 made in the shape of a truncated cone. The inner wall 7 of the adapter 2 has a conical shape. Stem 4 has notches 8 that allow a poorly seeing or blind person to adjust the correct dose of fluid. The angle of taper of the protrusion is less than the taper of the inner wall of the adapter. The term used is as follows. Adapter 2 is put on a needle and medication is taken, the filled syringe is held up with the needle and lightly tapped on the syringe, and the air rises and leaves the liquid. The stem flange 5 is pressed and injected, with the protrusion 6 entering the adapter 2, and a gap 9 is formed between the inner conical wall of the adapter and the projection 6. It is preferable when the gap volume is 10-20% of the volume of the adapter cavity. In the proposed syringe, fluid loss in the adapter is minimized, and air is prevented from entering the fluid to be injected.

Syringe for subcutaneous infusion, containing a cylindrical body with a hollow adapter for the needle having a conical inner wall, a rod with a piston, on the free end of which there is a protrusion for entering the cavity of the adapter, the shape and size of which is such that in its lowermost position its end is in contact with the inner wall of the adapter, characterized in that, in order to prevent the entry of air bubbles into the injected liquid, the protrusion is made in the shape of a truncated cone, and the angle of its taper is smaller than the angle of taper the front wall of the adapter.
